PERSONAL & TIMELY SERVICE

Meeting the needs of clients by providing personal and timely attention, returning calls promptly, and being accessible when our clients need us. We achieve this by maintaining cell phones, email addresses, and making ourselves available for client communication at times other then regular business hours when the need arises.

FEES

We strive to be efficient with regard to services we provide and with regard to fees charged to clients. Further, we charge fees that are appropriate for the client services and needs being served, but which are also fair to the firm.

COMMUNICATION

Within the bounds of legal and professional ethics, advising and pursuing the clients’ interest relentlessly and in so doing, maintaining open lines of communication with the client and communicating to them in clear, understandable language so that the client understands what we do, why we do it, and how it benefits or otherwise affects them.
